Gratitude That’s Real, Raw, and a Little Sweary !

Updated: May 12, 2025

Sweary gratitude

Hey you magnificent human,

Let’s talk gratitude.

No, not the polished, Pinterest-board version where everything is perfect and you’re writing love letters to your morning latte.

I’m talkin’ about real-life, messy-as-hell, grateful-as-Fk gratitude.**

Because here’s the truth

Gratitude isn’t just a cute vibe

It’s science.

When you practise gratitude ( especially my favourit sweary gratitude! )regularly, you’re literally rewiring your brain through a powerful process called neuroplasticity.

That’s the brain’s ability to change, grow, and rewire itself based on what you focus on and repeat.

So every time you choose to look for the good, acknowledge the wins (even the tiny ones), or say “thank you” for the chaos and the clarity…

You’re training your brain to see more possibility, more joy, and more abundance.

You start firing up new neural pathways that say:

“I’m safe.”

“I’m supported.”

“I’ve got this.”

And those old stories of lack, fear, and not-enough-ness?

They start to fade away.

But here’s the kicker — NOT practising gratitude?

Keeps your brain stuck on the same stress loop.

You’ll keep scanning for what’s going wrong.

You’ll keep manifesting from lack, not power.

Your energy stays low. Your vibe stays meh.

You keep getting the same results.

Gratitude is how you interrupt that BS.

It’s how you take your power back.

It’s how you align with who you truly are — magnetic, magnificent, and more than worthy of the good stuff.

That’s why I created the Grateful as Fk Journal

A no-nonsense space to shift your energy without the fluff.
